Susan has extensive Labour Law experience and provides pro-active advice thereby avoiding costly litigation and disputes.
Susan is also an experienced lecturer and lectures a labour module for Netcare Education. In addition Susan offers training in labour related areas.

Our History
Tricker Incorporated was formed in April 2007 by the founding director who has experience in a cross section of labour, commercial, and private law. The Company is up to date with current legislation, regulations and amendments. We operate from premises in Parkhurst and serve the Gauteng Province.
1997
Susan Tricker obtains a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Africa.
2000
Susan Tricker obtains a Bachelor of Law degree from the Rand Afrikaans University (University of Johannesburg).
2002
Completes her articles of clerkship.
2002
Susan Tricker remained at Moodie & Robertson as a professional assistant where she specialised in Labour law. Her Labour Law experience extends to the chairing of disciplinary enquiries, providing advice on retrenchment procedures, strike procedures, dismissal disputes, unfair labour practices and employment equity rights.
2007
Susan Tricker becomes the founder and director of Tricker Inc.
Susan is also a qualified SITA Assessor and previously lectured law students at Siemans. She currently lectures a Labour Law module for Netcate Education.
2021
Susan Tricker obtains a Honour Degree in Applied Psychology for Professionals (UNISA)
